Sadra Girls' School

Sadra School students today experienced a healthy breakfast camp in Nahj al -Balagha Park, full of energy, happiness and group interaction. This program was a great opportunity to learn healthy nutrition and enjoy nature. 🌞🍎🥛

In the camp, the kids learned about nutrients and how to choose a healthy breakfast and learned how to prepare a balanced and energetic meal for the start of the day. There was also an opportunity for outdoor play and group activities that reinforced the sense of friendship and cooperation. 1

Experience in nature, in addition to providing energy, helps children to communicate more with their surroundings and strengthen their social skills. Group activities and interacting with friends gave them unforgettable and laughing moments. 🌳🥰

The camp showed that healthy nutrition and physical activity together not only increase the physical health of the students, but also enhance the happiness and vitality of the students and make the start of the school day more pleasant.
