In the cheerful second‑grade Family & Friends 2 class, guided by the kind and creative Ms. Sahar Karimi, our young artists explored the world of self‑expression through self‑portraits 🖌️🎨. Each student proudly drew “This is me!”, celebrating their unique features, personalities, and joyful imaginations.

The classroom was alive with laughter and excitement 😄🎶! Children carefully looked at their reflections and noticed details about their eyes, smiles, and hairstyles — and then brought them to life with bright crayons and bold colors 🌈.

As they worked, Ms. Karimi encouraged every child to share what makes them special. Some added their favorite toys or pets to their drawings 🐶🧸, while others filled the background with hearts, rainbows, and sunshine ☀️💛.

When the portraits were complete, each child stood proudly before the class to talk about their drawings. Their voices were full of confidence as they introduced themselves: “This is me — and these are the things I love!” 💬💖

The activity wasn’t only about art; it was about self‑confidence, communication, and friendship. Students learned to see beauty in differences and to appreciate their classmates’ creativity 💕🤝.

Ms. Sahar Karimi’s gentle guidance made the classroom feel like a small art gallery, full of smiles, colors, and shining hearts 🌟.
