Sosan class 1 of Sadra primary school, region 5, discovered the wind! Building a wind vane and anemometer with the aim of scientific and happy learning in region 5.

Hello to all the little friends of Susan 1! Weather visited our class today! 🤩 How is the weather? Which direction does the wind come from? These questions don't have complicated answers anymore, because we made our own measurement tools! Today, our flower children learned how to find the direction of the wind and how strong the wind is with simple tools. What an exciting day! 🥳

Our first part was making a windmill. 🪁 With glue and cardboard and a little creativity, each group made a cute bird or turtle that easily shows us the direction of wind rotation with the slightest breeze. The children learned that the windmill always points in the direction the wind is coming from; A small but very important scientific point! Watch how they carefully look in the direction of the arrow to find the wind house! 👀

After that, we entered the world of measurement and built the anemometer. 🌡️ This cool tool shows whether the wind is blowing "fast" or "soft". Sosan 1 boys and girls made simple anemometers with paper cups and pins that moved with every gust of wind and we could count the strength of the wind. Excitement and excitement in our small laboratory! 🎉

The best part was running the test! All the children enthusiastically went to the yard to test their handmade windmills and anemometers. Sometimes the wind was strong and the anemometers rotated quickly, sometimes it was calm and the windmill rotated slowly. It was a great lesson for them to watch how textbook concepts become a real game in nature. 💖

Big smiles and the sound of "Evil!" It was inseparable from these experiments. This kind of learning is not boring; Rather, it is a scientific hobby that makes scientific concepts such as directions and speeds stay in their minds for a long time. They can now predict the wind condition by looking at the flags! 🧐

These hands-on activities are part of our way at Sadra District 5 Primary School to make sure that education is both scientific and very fun and child-like. The flourishing of talents starts from these simple projects! ✨

We are grateful to all the dear parents who always support our creative activities. And special thanks to the esteemed teacher of class 1, Susan, who made this lesson such a beautiful memory. 😊
